Terms and conditions

In all accommodations minimum stay is 2 nights

The maximum price for one person for one night in apartment is  30,00 euro (only bed without breakfast; the price includes the use of the kitchen).

Check-in from 5 pm   -  Check out  before 10 am

Prices include:

·        Taxes (IVA at 10%).

·        Parking.

·        Use of barbecue.

·        Electricity

·        Water.

·        Weekly change of towels and linen.

·        Gas (only during the summer).

Prices do not include:

·        Heating (depends on consumption).

·        Final cleaning     € 40,00

·        Extra cleaning    €    9,00 per hour (on request).

Payment policy:

30% at reservation     (by cash or bank transfer).

70% at the departure  (by cash).
